Partner Program Tiers

All Pacnet Partners complete an induction program before they are classified to a tier – either Dragon, Tiger, Phoenix or Pacnet Partner. This ensures that all customers experience consistent, high quality expertise when choosing a Pacnet based solution.

We evaluate each Partner annually and assign a tiering classification. This determines the range of benefits a Partner is entitled to.

Phoenix Partners
Phoenix Partners have successfully completed basic induction training and sell a range of Pacnet connectivity and value-added products. They are managed by a national team of phone-based expert consultants and can apply for Marketing Development Fund assistance

Representing honesty and loyalty, the Phoenix brings good fortune.

Tiger Partners
The majority of Pacnet’s Partners fall into this category. It represents the middle tier of the Partner Program and enjoys dedicated local Partner Manager support, and discounts off their main office Internet connection and Corporate Voice Rates.

Considered the Asian king of animals, the Tiger is associated with power and strength.

Dragon Partners
This is the top tier level of the Pacnet Partner Program. Dragon Partners benefit from the full range of Pacnet services and support, including pre-sales expertise, project management assistance and high-value strategic input.

Symbolising power, boldness and perseverance, the Dragon brings good fortune and prosperity.

Why Dragon, Tiger and Phoenix?
Wondering why Pacnet didn’t choose the standard Gold/Silver/Bronze tiering for its Partner Program? We like to do things differently – it’s part of our approach to provide a better experience. We felt our Partner Program should reflect this – and our Asia Pacific reach.
